RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Return and Timeframe

 

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at: support@urbanpulseo.com.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization via email, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

 

3. Shipping Costs and Return Conditions

 

Costs Borne by the Buyer:

  • The shipping and insurance costs related to returning the item are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.

  • We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Shipping Deadline: Once the authorization is received, the item must be shipped within 7 days.

 

4. Refunds and Restocking Fees

 

The refund process is handled as follows:

  1. Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  2. Restocking Fee Deduction: If approved, the refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of 10% to cover restocking fees (inspection, cleaning, and preparation for resale).

  3. Processing: You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at support@urbanpulseo.com.

 

5. Damages, Issues, and Exceptions

 

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@urbanpulseo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Furthermore, unsealed accessories/batteries or items clearly used are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Legal Reminder)

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still meet the initial condition requirements (new, tags, original packaging).
